Day 4:

Walking through the maze of sky-touchers
You feel like the wind could blow you away
and the times when the sun set
cannot be seen
through the molten gray pillars
but it can be felt
and heard.
The pale orange and red turns the glass to rust
and that's when we decide
to head back to sleep.
When walking
through the maze of sky-touchers
amazing things
cannot be explained

Day 3:

It's like
consciousness
goes
in...
out...
When the world is your bedroom
and the streetlights
are nightlights

You drift from here
to
well
anywhere
when the world opens wide
to swallow you whole

Is it your turn
to smile
and walk straight on

Can you
or
will you
Be set free

Day 2:

Airplanes
In the pitch black sky

Why are you going?
Where
are
you going so late into the slumber hours

Importance
racing whom?

I watch from my window, your blinking lights overhead
dull white
noise in the background
are you crying out, big airplane?

Landing is different than flying
Have you found your port?
While I
Watch
from my window and ask you
oh plane overhead.

If you were trying to tell me something
before the hours of my waking
It was all lost
or
lost not

for I know I will see you again

Airplanes
In the pitch black sky

Day 1:

When Push comes to Shove
Autumn's leaves flourish
blankets of gold just before our eyes

Though we must hate
Its Riches
We do not appreciate
We do
away
with
Because we don't know
Golden Value

We only know Green
We pay with
Green

And Autumn takes a backseat
To Greed
